amazing hotel experience
reserved seats efficient staff wonderful staff
I appreciated that the hotel reserved seats in the bars for residents. It was a big plus. past stays at other hotels did not include this policy. the staff were wonderful and efficient throughout the hotel. everyone was nicer than the next.
I waited for a table in the lounge area. After 15 minutes, i was shown to an overflow area off the cocktail bar, i expected a view for those prices.

The breakfast staff were attentive. professional service and friendly staff was available. staff went out of their way to, providing excellent service that was both smart and dedicated. I found it really good.

The location is excellent. the hotel kept seats for residents in the bars, ensuring availability. afternoon tea had a lady gregory theme. Pastries and scones were available and delicious, a wonderful touch for relaxation.

amazing stay!
attentive staff top class relaxing hotel
i stayed at this hotel and i'm still buzzing. the breakfast was lovely and the staff was so attentive. dinner at wildes restaurant was top class, with well trained staff ready to recommend food and wine. it felt so relaxing and cozy even though it's super close to the main shopping street.

spacious room separate sinks comfortable bed
the room was very spacious. it included two separate sinks. i appreciated the rainfall shower, IT was very relaxing. the bed was particularly comfortable.
the gym had limited equipment and felt slightly cramped.
